Can anyone here help me with that? Ask them to try using either the "Forever" or "This Session" as the amount of time to stay logged in for. Also, ensure they are using their username to login with rather than their display name - for example "mschassjr" rather than "Michael". You can see their username on their "Modify Profile" page near the top, eg.
