The only thing I want to mention is that in the table at the bottom, some of the content is pushing outside of the boxes. Like the Useful Links box and the Newest Members box.
As for the content, I have a few comments. First, you have two boards in two different categories that have the same board description. I don't know if its supposed to be like that but it seems that if two boards serve the same purpose you only need one. Second, for a forum thats new and that focuses on Halo, you don't need a general talk board, other games board, and videos board. Those can all be confined to a general talk board. Especially since I don't think the latter 2 will get too much activity compared to the general talk board. And I think its better to expand when necessary than to have too many boards to start.
