1) I'd say to a nominated member of staff.
2) I think so, it'll help with the judging process if there's no way to tell who the creator is. I'd also add no visible copyrights too.
3) That'd be a good idea, as long as it doesn't get abused too much.

The main abuse i was thinking of was any flaming, as technically everyone would have access to a profile. I highly doubt that would happen, but best to cover as many bases as possible. | |
