For example, one on a forum i frequent had this one recently:

Dimensions: Any size.
Brief: A new Florists, Petals, has opened on the high street and they require a new company logo. They have yet to decide upon their brand colours, so you are free to use whatever you wish. They have supplied no artwork or images to use, but require a logo that helps them to stand out from the crowd in a busy street.

If current mods are willing to manage it, I'md own. But managing SOTW is one hell of a job. It takes quite a lot of commitment, even though its a weekly thing. | |

It's that much. Get the winner to choose the next scenario. Make it so that it's on a weekend so that the mod has the most time to do it. Also, make it so that any of the mods can do it so that if one forgets, there are another 2 or 3 to finish it.

If there's a enough dedicated designers that will participate, then i don't see why not. I doubt there's enough sig designers, so making it a "general challenge" is probably the best to do.
