Where do you work? I am running my own company Shining Ashes INc. Shining Ashes Inc is a video game development company, Currently I am working on my first game, an MMORPG called Divine Shadows. I plan on taking the money from that and hiring a full team and begin working in the console development industry

Part-time or full time? Part-Time at the current time. When I get out of highschool and I can devote more time to it I plan on it.

How much do you get paid? Currently -10+ a month, am i not getting any money yet, but just putting a lot in.

What are your duties? I am the programmer as well I do all the assembling and story writing at the current time.

What do you enjoy about your job? I enjoy it all, i love making games and programming then. It can be really fun and yet challenging. But the best part of it is being able to see what you imagine come to life right before you.

What do you dislike about your job? I have to say the only thing I dislike is how long it takes to run a game through full development and how much money it costs within that time.

It's going up to $8.75 in March, and then $9.00 in March 2010. And that's student minimum wage, too; adult minimum wage is more.

not completely, i am having the paperwork processed now, but before you say anything,. yes i am only 16 and no i cant legally have it in my name so for now i is going to be in my grandmothers name until I turn 18 and then it will be signed over to me. And because my gandma owned her own business at one point and time she doesnt have to go in for a business license

Pitty that is completely illegal as you are setting up a dummy director. If you are putting the Incorporated at the end, you also have legal entity etc with the propriety limited (pty, ltd) as well. This means that you do have legal entity to the name etc, and all of that.

You however, CANNOT set up a dummy director. You are 16, you CANNOT be a director of a business. If you are caught by a government official then you can be sued and jailed for 25 years for fraudulent. Just some heads up, I can quote the exact place it says that. I looked at registering my business as well - as I'm only 17, I can't have a dummy director either.

Also, as you are an incorporated business, you need to keep tax records etc. If you fail to submit all these required papers and that EACH AND EVERY MONTH with stock counts, etc, etc then your grandmother is held liable and can also end up in a lot of trouble for fraud as well. Again, heads up

If you need it further explained, I suggest you cancel those papers pretty much ASAP and just hold out for 2 years. If you have the URL and domain name already registered, you automatically hold international rights to that name. The incorporated bit just means that you have legal entity over that name.

Registering a business means nothing as well, you don't HAVE to register a business at all.
