Glow Usernames? (15th Jul 08 at 7:15pm UTC) Please?
Is there a way to have a code that can make the usernames glow? I don't know if this can be included or seperate, but what about bold, strike-through, or italicizing usernames?

Glowing usernames is only possible in Firefox, do you still want that part? The other part I can do!
