Is there a way to have a code that can make the usernames glow?

I don't know if this can be included or seperate, but what about bold, strike-through, or italicizing usernames?

Glowing usernames is only possible in Firefox, do you still want that part?

I thought glowing was IE-only. {Unsure}

IE - works
FF - Does not work.

Though it could be possible. It worked awhile ago, there was a code to get around it. But that was years ago, and im not sure where that code is.
