There is currently only two servers; One server for the support forum One server for the remaining forums. There is a third server which controls images, skins and the status but this is not a VPS. So your forum will be on the same server as all the rest of the forums on the service

Maybe. i think there was an announcement of about 6 months i believe talking about this.
