This means that the admin links have gone and the look is being affected. I promised last time you all helped, that I would not be fiddling about with the skins and I have not. The forum has done this on its own. So, once again... can you please offer any help? It seems to be a small change we made to the backend recently which is conflicting with the skin you are using. We'll look for a more permanent solution.
