That's a feature. It saves a copy of the message as you type it. If the message doesn't get posted then the next time you go to a post page it gives you the opportunity to restore that message (in case your browser or computer crashed while you were typing it).

Oh I see, but what if I did post it, and then when I click on it, it says the thread does not exist? (That showed once.)

But what if I did post it, and did not have a crash or a problem?

It shows that this has been recovered: http://support.virtualforums.co.uk/action/modify_post/board/opinions/draft/1 (If you can view it.) and I am done with the post? (meaning I don't need to edit it nor, post it.)

{Unsure}

If I said that correctly.

edit:

Seeing as it shows that it does not exist, it's the thread about the problem with the expand option, the one you moved from bugs to coding.

Since you have posted since, it would have been wiped anyway. What happens is that when you (successfully) submit a post it clears your draft information from the database.

Ok I do understand that, but what if I did a successful post before my next post? I click on the link before that, and it opens up the same exact post I successfully posted? That's what I am trying to figure out.

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. Could you try something which uses the word "post" a little less or at least distinguishes between them as I'm finding that impossible to follow.

There's no way that should be possible when posting a new message. However a quick check has shown that it would have been an issue if you modified a post and then went to the posting page. That is now fixed.

I did edit that page, but nothing was wrong. Unless I am not understanding it.

Well anyways, thanks for clearing it up, I knew it was the draft feature, but did not understand why it went to a post that I had no problem with. {Unsure}
