It's just where that particular table was being backed up while you tried to access it. So nothing to worry about there. As for the slow loading, I've checked the server status and it doesn't seem to be under heavy load at the moment (or even in the last few hours). Then I've also tried loading a few pages on your forums and none of them took over 1 second to completely load. Is it still being quite slow?
