finding the forum very slow loading last couple of hours its taking this time and over to load, pms are taking even longer to open up

Page generated in 11.4925 seconds
with 41 Database Queries and 25 cache files


when i tried to open up on this forum got this message

The following error was thrown: File './virtualf_forums10/support_boards.MYD' not found (Errcode: 24) Please contact our support forum as soon as possible. Thank you.

That error would have been caused by the backup script which runs daily. It's just where that particular table was being backed up while you tried to access it. So nothing to worry about there.

As for the slow loading, I've checked the server status and it doesn't seem to be under heavy load at the moment (or even in the last few hours). Then I've also tried loading a few pages on your forums and none of them took over 1 second to completely load. Is it still being quite slow? If so it could be an issue with your ISP connecting to our server, but that's something you can check by doing the following, if it's loading OK now then there's no need:

(presuming you're using windows)
Go to "Start" -> "Run"
Type "cmd" and press enter
Type "tracert benalmadena.vforums.co.uk" and then press "enter"
If you can then right click it and select "select all", then press "Ctrl" + "C" on your keyboard to copy it
You will then be able to post the output here,
