I was wandering since my website is 'frames' is it alright if Vforums is in a frame, because when I click on 'Forum' in my website it keeps the right frame, and on the left frame it has http://freunion.vforums.co.uk.
Click the picture, then when the page loads up, click "Forum" and you will see what I mean.
Will this break any ToS?

I know that, but if everyone just put their forum in a frame on their site, then Ross would lose money as no one would use the Domain Hosting, which gains him a profit.  | |

It's in a frame because you have the target of the "Forum" link set to that frame, rather than "top". | |

In your navigation menu, for the forum link, you'll see something like this:
<a href="http://freunion.vforums.co.uk" target="_parent">Forum</a>
Change _parent to _top. | |

Thats why I need help, in my new design, as tables, are not my strong point, in HTML, Fru fru is helping me on that part. | |
