Knowing if someone is still online or not is impossible. Very few people use the logout feature - they are much more likely to just close the browser, navigate away from the site or just leave their computer on with their browser open. Doing it based on last activity is the only viable way. As my mini-profile is demonstrating, with the new templating system it will be possible to show at what time that last activity took place. | |
