bookmark/limited registration (17th Feb 08 at 8:29pm UTC)
I'd like to suggest that there be a way in which members are able to receive email notifications on certain threads, or set up an option in the members profile similar to that of the Private messaging options where members can decide whether or not they would like to receive thread notifications by email.
I also think the feature limited registration should be added to the admin panel as well.
Is this in the works?

Thanks {Smile}

I can see the use of these features, I think they'd be a good addition. {Smile}

I like this Idea, it will also help me on support too, like if I bookmarked my threads, like Suggestion, Report a big, and support, I will get an email telling me that some one has posted in my thread.

The problems with automatic emails is that their volume can get very high very quickly. I'm currently discussing a few possibilities with my hosting company so that I can ensure the number of emails sent does not go over the limit and if it does what action would need to be taken. This also applies to the mass email feature which has been suggested.

As a temporary work-around, I think a good idea would be to have the server check/send these emails a max of about once an hour. {Smile}
