I'm not sure what it is this time as I tried everything including OS's.

When ever I click on anything here on support it usually takes 15 seconds to go to the page, and also it hangs for a very long time on a single white page.

I'm using FireFox 3.5 using FasterFox, which loads every page up under 2 seconds, but it's only certain topics that it does this to. The one above, and the Smiley test thread in the test board. and a few others as well.

OS:
Ubuntu 9.04 Fx3.5 (no Add ons)
Windows 7 Fx3.5 (A few add ons)

I have experienced the "white page" issue. This happens as a result of the server being out of available memory - although perhaps it could try to show a message saying this. Generally just refreshing works.

But just to make clear, this only affects the support forum. No other user forums are hosted on this server because it is not powerful enough. The only reason support is hosted on here is so that users can still access it if something happens to the main forum server.

Ive tried refreshing as well. Still only shows the White Page, I have to actually exit out of the browser, and then get back on and then it will work for a few minutes.

and I did have a white page on 1 of my forums, but, that was a few days ago when you were upgrading. It was still in V1, and when I refreshed, hung at a white page, I did what I said above, and then went to the forum and it showed V2, ever since then, I don't notice it. {Tongue Out}

@ Darkmage, I would suspect what you experienced in that case would have been as a result of the upgrade procedure. If it does happen again then by all means please create a new topic {Smile}
