It's actually a dummy error which needs to be replaced by a friendlier message. It's caused by the backup script which locks each database while copying its contents.

How about when it is doing that. "Back up in process. Please refresh your browser."

That's the kind of thing I meant when I said changing it to a friendlier error message - something which tells the user what is going on. Unfortunately the only Internet access I have at the moment is via work so it'll have to wait until our new modem arrives and I have enough time to fix the things like this {Wink}

Ahh I see.

Alright. Hope the best for the new modem {Smile}

This should now be active on all forums. Unfortunately I'm never at a computer while the backups run (from 8.00 GMT/0.00 PST). So if anyone can let me know when (or if) it shows up that would be great.

I will also. I do not see it often. 99.9% of the time I don't see it.

What would be that time for CST?

I was just editing the forum templates, for the info center, I clicked on Manage Templates and it went to that above.

That was thrown by the backup script. I guess my friendly error isn't working.

Oh ok, and I like that feature helps out ALLOT.

Have you tried to replace it completely with you friendly message?

I've added in some extra debugging so that when an error occurs it'll store a few more details in the error log. Hopefully that'll help me pinpoint how to check if the error is being caused by the backup or not.

At 3:10 AM CST I got this:

But is it supposed to do this when you refresh?
