Oh ok, well some one said that they signed up and told me on another forum that I am a member of.

This is what they said:

Quote:

sign in problem
« Message sent Today at 10:06am »
I registered on your site as username vincentvalentine and everytime i sign it the site does not acknowledge me as anything other then a guest. help

This message was on a PB forum.

And I wont be ever using the limited registration, never used it on PB and never will here, no reason to use it. My forum is open to any Final Fantasy Fan.

If the member is unable to login then they are either using an invalid password or their browser is not saving the cookies. Get them to select "Forever" when logging in.

He did, I just talked to him a few minutes ago, and he uses the same password for every site he is on. and he always lets his browser save the cookies.

I've just logged into his account without any issues. It is not disabled nor does it have to be approved. This points to it being an issue with the users password or browser.

Be sure he's logging in using a lower-case only username.
