This error was due to database tables not being correctly copied. I've now rectified the issue and have run a patch to fix all affected forums. If anyone continues to get this error which will show as "An Unknown Error has Occured (Log ID: ########)" message when trying to create/modify/delete a board/category/profile/post etc. then please let me know.
