Just to note that there was an issue affecting the saving of all security log actions for new forums. This error was due to database tables not being correctly copied. I've now rectified the issue and have run a patch to fix all affected forums. If anyone continues to get this error which will show as "An Unknown Error has Occured (Log ID: ########)" message when trying to create/modify/delete a board/category/profile/post etc. then please let me know.
