Anyways there are many ways to make "fat" scan lines. Here are some that i could think of top of my head 1. There is a custom shape tool in photoshop that are fat scan lines. 2. Use pen tool (might be a bit hard for novice designers) Hope that is what you are looking for. Like scanlines is just 3 in the middle.
