I don't know if this is a request but I forgot how to make Fat Scan lines (not little scanlines).. I would like it for a background..very light opacity, but if someone has a PS tutorial that would work too
This isnt really a graphic request but ill let it slide. Anyways there are many ways to make "fat" scan lines.
Here are some that i could think of top of my head
1. There is a custom shape tool in photoshop that are fat scan lines.![]()
2. Use pen tool (might be a bit hard for novice designers)
Hope that is what you are looking for.![]()
Well, I meant like creating the scanlines pixel by pixel, how big does the image need to be to repeat right? Like scanlines is just 3 in the middle.
What you do is you make a 3x3 or bigger depending on what you want for the thickness, and make 3 pixels from bottom left, middle, to top right.
Ok thanks, I didn't know the measurements and I am too lazy to find out myself..![]()
Or, if you want horizontal scanlines, make a 2x2 image [or 3x2, 4x2, etc. depending on thickness wanted.], and fill all the rows except for the bottom one with black [or whatever colour you want the scanlines to be]![]()
