Something to do with the mother board, it does the same thing to windows, but it processes it. In Ubuntu when selecting a language, the timer freezes if you press enter, and if you let the timer go, it goes to a blank screen and wont go any further, thus I am stuck on windows for the time being. . . I need a new computer anyways. | |

I recently had a very scary upgrade cycle where my keyboard and mouse stopped working. Took me a day of frantic troubleshooting, and with a final paper due that week in my English class. Over the summer, I'm definitely installing a backup OS partition so I don't get burned like that again. | |
