It's actually easier to put both OS's on one hdd. But why would you ever want to get rid of Ubuntu? Yeah why? I absolutely love the Compiz Fusion Though would it be possible to put Ubuntu on an External HD? I am going to be getting a 500 GB External HD for $99.88. Would it be possible? I also can't wait to get it too. I can add more space to my internal HDD and have over 200 GB. Vista has an option to do that, it usually pop's up in the Auto Run when I insert my flash drive or MP3 player. Using Windows ReadyBoost doesn't add to your hard drive space; it uses whatever device you have inserted as a form of external RAM.

The thing that pops up in AutoRun when you plug in a jump drive that says "Speed up your system"
