How many digits of pi do you know? Personally I only know the first 5 or so, as it's all you'll ever really need.

What use is it that they have a supercomputer endlessly calculating the digits of Pi? They're in the billions now; what's the point? Do they think finding where it starts repeating is going to make a difference in our calculations?
You're never going to see on a Math test:
d*pi = 39.7 d*3.14 = 39.7 - Billy, where are the other 5 billion digits of Pi?!? 0 marks. d = 5.2

According to my Math teacher, every week has a Pi day; he brings in pies every Thursday, it's great. | |
