My opinion parallels my brother, Grievous's. He and I are a staff team straight up, but depending on who joins and what not, we generally look for people who are active and help out on the site. Pretty simple reasons I guess. When I was a newbie at Proboards while running my own site, I made the mistake of making way too many staff members, and its just a disaster. Too much fighting and arguing. My bro, Grievous remembers that. We used to have a hell of a time keeping things organized.
