If they are a coder then stuff like headers/footers would be given but nothing that is too major.


I wouldn't even give them that in case they would use PHP or something.

I think this is a hard decision. People pick their friends but then if they do something bad they don't wanna do anything about it.


The only way I would be scared is if they'd go in there and either delete everything or add something that breaks ToS and my forum would get shut down.

My opinion parallels my brother, Grievous's. He and I are a staff team straight up, but depending on who joins and what not, we generally look for people who are active and help out on the site.

Pretty simple reasons I guess. When I was a newbie at Proboards while running my own site, I made the mistake of making way too many staff members, and its just a disaster. Too much fighting and arguing. My bro, Grievous remembers that. {Grin}

We used to have a hell of a time keeping things organized.

Re-host any pictures or buttons that I make for you if needed.
