http://www.dreamsoft-hosting.com/ - doesn't load. NeedAEar.com/hosting.php SubDomain cPanel Ad Free (not even a link back needed) Been around for over a full year. (A lot of free hosts disappear within their first year). For websites, not just a "file host". Allows PHP, CGI, and has Fantasico. Stingy with resources, but does not over clock/oversell. Upgrades to next plan automatically as you approach the limits. Nobody has passed the Serenity plan resources yet. Active Websites are sometimes granted a domain name. Reseller is with BigWetFish.
