In my experience, not to the same level of flexibility. For example, I can't mount a FTP location as a folder, and get the window by double clicking on it.

Though I haven't tinkered enough in XP to know.

You can; simply create a shortcut with the FTP path as its target. {Wink}

I believe in XP you can't edit the files locally, but I use Vista and I can. {Smile}

Its all about cuteftp which is made by globalscape. But as i always say if what your using works then keep using it as long as it gets the job done. {Smile}
