Cannot create a support logon (15th Apr 09 at 2:29pm UTC)
Can't create a new logon, import also fails
Created a new forum. Great. Tried to purchase ad-free credits over the last week, always with a mysql_connect failure too many connections when trying to add credits to the basket. Tried on IE, Firefox and chrome from different locations, same result.
Tried to create a support forum logon. Captcha image does not load on any browser. Tried to import the support logon from my forum - no matter what I put in the URL it returns that the forum (t1uk) doesn't exist.

Hello Scott,

We moved the support forum to this new server just a few hours ago. But it turns out the captcha for registering was pointing to the wrong server. I have now fixed that.

Regarding import account, that too needs adjusting for the server change. Unfortunately that is one aspect I had over looked but it'll take a little longer to fix.

Thank you for reporting the shopping cart error. I will be looking at that now to try and work out why the connections are being refused from that machine.

Hello again Scott,

It looks like the company our shopping server is hosted with has made some kind of configuration change lately which prevents it from connecting to the main data servers. I am waiting to hear back from them on what can be done to rectify the issue.

I have applied some free credits to your account (t1uk) as an apology for this inconvenience.
