It depends how you look at it. It has some great resources in it, I explored it a bit - pity it's only for American's from what I can gather.
The apologies, it made you pay attention - I don't think it will really work. It's too shocking, it's too in your face and that's a bad thing. It leaves you thinking that it's bad, but then, how are you going to stop it? The majority of people that drink drive won't watch that, it's people like me and you that don't drink drive that watch stuff like this and are affected by it.
So, saying that again, this is likely not to work - due to the majority of drink drivers don't watch this kind of stuff. It works on people who do, but most do not.
I can see stuff like this becoming more and more common in schools. My highschool had every high school student watch a produced film with regular students from our school about drunk driving. Following a student in a crash and to prison and the life after with effects on old friends and families. But my school always did the fictional side I really, honestly would love to see the real side to get out there and become a requirement.
