I'm not sure exactly what's gone wrong, but im not getting any emails to reset the account details. I doubt it's user error on my behalf as I would of needed to confirm the account details when I registered. Would it be possible to create a new admin account on the forums? or confirm the account details so I can log-in. appologies for taking up your time on this and thank you in advance.
