Can the Recycle Bin be emptied? Also how do you remove old PM's?

You can use the "Purge Forum Database" feature within the admin panel to remove old posts which will remove some of the older entries from the recycle bin. It is a security feature to prevent data being deleted by accident that prevents any posts deleted less than 14 days ago from being removed.
Old PMs can only be deleted by their participants. Once all participants have left a PM conversation, that conversation will be removed. | |

This is what I've got. | |
