OK i have a cover website that links to my anime chat forum and i was wondering if i could put my own banners up on it, because its not directly part of the forum, but it is part of the forum never-the-less

ok just wasn't sure, better to ask and find out thats its ok instead of it not being ok and getting in trouble for it

Edit: I know i should put this in the suggestions but maybe you should post your google ads code somewhere on the site so that those people that woudln't mind adding it to there site to help out can do so {Smile}

I believe it's against the AdSense ToS to ask people to put your ads on their site.
