Several Issues (25th Feb 08 at 2:22am UTC)
Forum: http://freunion.vforums.co.uk

1st: Some members can't modify, I make a test account, using a normal member rank, and I can modify just fine, I even tested it both in IE and FF, and it works fine, but one of my staff said that he could not edit his thread in Normal ranks only staff position. He uses IE.

2nd: The text is not aligned in IE. Actually its all centered, and not aligned.

1. Can you get a link to the topic? My guess would be that the thread was locked. I can't think of any other reason why the modify link wouldn't show to a member.

2. The text is being centered by a code: http://freunion.vforums.co.uk/noheaders/1/
I couldn't identify which one but it's most probably an unclosed <center> tag.

It seems to be the same bug as was fixed last month when a user logs in with a capitalized username. I'll have to take another look at why the system is not auto-correcting it.

Then you will need to remove codes one at a time until you find the culprit.

1: He does not sign in with a cap letter, all his letters are lower case.

2: I already did that {Unsure} still showed up centered on IE. FF is fine, as you fixed it, IE was fine when FF was messed up, and now since FF is fine, IE is messing up.

Yes, he did. Or rather, he did when he made the post in question. The database entry shows up as "Reydaitso2" having posted it. I've manually fixed that post.

It is an issue with a code on your forum. If it wasn't then it'd still show centered when using the http://freunion.vforums.co.uk/noheaders/1/ URL

1: Oh ok I see, {Cheesy}

2: I will go in and look again, but it is a 99.9% chance it isn't a code. {Tongue Out}

EDIT: {Tongue Out} it is the side menu tables, some were through it is causing it, and I just striped it with the extra codes I added into my Info Center. so it isn't those.

EDIT: {Rolleyes} {Grin} lol it was an extra align="center" in the table at the bottom.
