Customize Registration Introduction (18th Apr 10 at 5:21pm UTC)
I was just editing the introduction for the registration system in order to add the rules of the forum and I noticed that a person can't use HTML, only UBBC. I was wondering if it be possible to add the option of HTML into that area. The reason for this is some formations and functions can't be done with ubbc, text fields are a great example of this. I use a width defined text field to store my rules as it looks nicer and it wont stretch the page like it would if the text was just open to flow down the page. I'm sure there is some other minor html tags such as style, that people use fr better formatting to provide a personal touch as well.

Unfortunately it would have to be one or the other. UBBC or HTML. The UBBC parser just doesn't play nice with HTML code. We go with UBBC because that's something more forum admins are familiar with.

But you never know, we may expand the capabilities of the UBBC parser in the future, to allow for more advanced style rules for those which want them? {Cool}

ok, well for the time being i'll keep the rules displayed as they are, i was just seeing if it would work in order to get rid of another code XD

Anyways i doubt it work, but would custom setup UBBC work? If so i could always make a ubbc to replicate the effects of a text area and the settings I need.
