API: Buddy List (5th Feb 10 at 3:12am UTC)
Just another suggestion, but being able to call object from the buddy list would be nice {Smile} I'd really like to recreate the buddy list system into my site so I can integrate it in with a few other really nice features that I have in store for adding. Plus then i could write some of the content to a database and install a form of an IM system that is directly linked into the buddy list {Smile}

But thats just my personal needs, i'm sure others that use the api could find it very userful being able to echo info from the buddy list, whether its for design reasons or if they have a need fr it within their coding.

I'd really love to see this! {Grin} Hope it gets put into consideration. I don't think any other service has this type of feature, especially the way Dwight has it going! {Grin} Looks smexy! Smiley =3

XD yea but so far it seems the API wont call back via the forum, i can get the bar and stuff to show up on the forum and the other php functions, but it wont check for the members, so i might just recode a version in JS/PHP that will call off the forum information with itself, and that way it wont need a database system at all since all the checks are in the forum itself.

But I still would need an api buddy list setup for those that want to use it on an external site, though to be honest, it be really great if ross could find a way to allow the api to print into on the forum as well {Smile}
