Well first off if your using the PM Notification system, the odds are that you have already read the message, or ain't interested in whats its saying if you hit the dismiss button, so why woulds you still wnat it to say the message wasn't read. Personally it bugs me seeing the "New Pms: Blaa" and its even more annoying when i have to click into PM's i've already Dismisssed so that it will say that i've read them. Just because I dismiss the Pop-up, it does not mean I don't want to go back and read it later when I have a chance. If anything, you should be suggesting an extra button to mark it as read?
