Also, what about contact icons in the mini profile? Tis nice to see an email, or PM (as Wrighty's suggested), or MSN etc icon {Smile}

I don't think MSN is necessary... email wouldn't be a bad thing... or even instead of images... text links saying: Email | Send PM {Cheesy}

Why not have MSN? IE has a function that allows people to send a message/add a contact on MSN directly from your browser, so what I do is a browser check. If they're using IE, it runs the function when the icon is clicked. If it's FF or Opera, it just shows an alert box with their MSN email address in it.
