when you export XML for another skin, and use it, it doubles up all the code basically. So my footer was reading Go To Top Powered by the Uber Googlers Go To Top Powered by the Uber Googlers

When exporting the skin uncheck the boxes to export the Headers/Footers or 2. When importing the skin check the box to replace existing Headers/Footers.
