Template System (v2) (10th Jun 09 at 3:53am UTC)
Resolved
Ok now time to pick apart the Template systems {Tongue Out} Everything I mention is said do to comparing the Create code with the side functions list

Browser: Firefox
URL: My Staff Forum (URL Private To Public)

Create/Modify/Delete Template

Information Center:

Upon your updated you forgot to add in the {if:birthdays} and {if:events} into the working functions list. As well as {today_str} (Not sure what that does).

Mini-Profile:

Looks fine and from what I can tell all functions work right {Tongue Out} thought do you have something that converts the old group function tags (I think you has staff group or something like that) into the new group functions tags?

Board Listing:

Everything seems to be working fine.

Topic Listing:

Everything seems to be working fine.

Delete Template:

Works fine

Priorities

Works fine, thought you might want to have it so that if they try to save one settings or something and only have one of that template, you might want to have a message saying they needs multiple templates before the priorities on that template area can be changed. Other wise someone might report it as a bug when its not {Tongue Out}

I'll add if events/birthdays to the quick reference list.

{today_str} which used to list the users online today has been replaced by the (more customizable) foreach tag structure. It still works, as do all the old tags, but they're not listed in quick reference and I would discourage their use for any new templates {Smile}
