I am on my girlfriend's Vista laptop instead of my XP PC but i doubt that'll be the issue. The image was being used to test the customize images page. I just got dragged out to spend the day with relatives and didn't get a chance to change the image back If it were a "bug", it wouldn't just affect here it'd affect every single forum.
