The background is ok. However there are a few things that I don't like about it:
1) the ads go over the 'blue bars'. This doesn't look overly good, make the background wider?
2) The boards go up to the background 'blue bars'. Personally I would never do this, I would always make the boards finish before that... Again, leaving the boards at their current width but making the background wider will benefit.
The window1 & window2 background colours need changing, currently it is very one colour. Add some sort of lighter (or darker) grey in there.
Add more blue, I suggest some form of snazzy gradient bar. That will soon sort out the monocolour problem.
Try (I know it's hard) to have one group put as moderators on each board. Or as a max 2. At the moment, why do the administrators have to be mods of that board? They surely have global lock etc.. powers?
As has already been said, the menu is a bit over simplistic, that needs some work.
Also, the info center.As nice as it is as the default, just doesn't work for you. I know that you have got a staff legend part, however that simply doesn't alter it. Take a look at wR, it has got a points system (I know it's not released) but that splits it all up, and there are no User or Stats rows. Making the Info center that bit more compact, but I agree not completely compact.
I also suggest possibly getting a code that removes the spacing above and below the menu buttons, it'll make them look that slightly bit more awesome.
Good so far, just alter a few things to help to make it better. I know that it's hard to make a skin, but the banner looks good, and the rest of the forum lets you down really  | |
