The Contrast was excellent easy to read. I might suggest arranging your welcome table under the ad.  The only other suggestion I have is about layout and your general board being at the bottom. Just struck me as odd. I realize that is not something you were asking for but throwing it out anyways. But that is a personal opinion on balance for me.
