This board is intended for new members. Members are free to welcome them to vForums; of course we'll allow some conversation but if a thread does go too far off topic then staff will act accordingly.
Also, try not to bump old threads - if you joined after a member then there's not really a need to welcome them as well. If the thread is a few weeks old then there is probably little point in bumping that either. Nothing difficult or strict, just a bit of common sense 
If you are a new member, then welcome to vForums and feel free to make an introduction thread for yourself!
