As for the second one, however, it seems a bit rushed. It seems you just took the banner and squished it down, making the text look compressed and strange. Also, the banner image doesn't completely cover the userbar, causing a strip of scanlines to appear fully at the top & left. If you download the same font as the banner, and incorporate it into the image itself, it will look much better.
