Batman = No super powers, and regular human. Spiderman = Not invincible Superman = Only got one thing to watch out for. Superman wins.

Well, assuming the battle took place on Earth, then I say Superman would win. However, Batman would come close to winning. Batman is just a guy in a suit, so Superman would first focus his attention on Spider-Man. During this fight, Batman would jump in his little Batmobile, and go get Kryptonite. By the time he'd get back, Spider-Man would be dead. Superman would come after Batman, Batman would start stabbing Superman with the krytonite, Superman would get really weak, and Batman would think he was winning. But, Superman is still way stronger than a regular guy in a suit, so he'd still kill Batman. The End.
