No Graham mine does, its only at 600 something, when it was over 3,000 before but as I said before my mom lowered our internet down to basic.

If I would have done it at a friends house, their numbers would be lower because they only have the 100 package. I did this test on my friend's computer, where they have the 100 package. Look at the big differences.

I know We are only paying $14 a month http://www.att.com/gen/general?pid=6431 We did have Elite. I miss that speed but hopefully soon we can re-upgrade, I'm tired of this slowness T_T
