First off, I'd like to apologize for the delay in getting these posted. I wanted to ensure I had received all the relevant files before announcing the winners. I actually knew who made some of the skins, because some of them still had photobucket links in codes or variables were named after the skin creator. And, for those wondering, no I didn't vote. Congrats slip and everyone else.
