gmail = spam? (4th Aug 08 at 7:33am)
I forgot that I had a gmail account, so I signed in, and to my surprise I had 17 spam mail. How is that possible?

Did you loko at them? A lot of them are just weird things that people send out to every possible combination of email address..

loko? and it should have been private, I had made it for a test thing here to see if the email works for VForums on Gmail. and later just forgot all about it, and I go and create a new email for gmail, and it logged me in, well I found 17 spam mail. I though gmail never got spam?

Yes I notice that But it was just so random. My aol, and yahoo are now getting spam too after a year with yahoo, and a half a year with aol. my hotmail seems to be clear after a year and a half, besides the occasional news from MSN.

To say it simply, no one is perfect. I've got over 10 e-mail accounts, and only use 2. One is for my MSN, and the other is just my e-mail. I get spam in all of them. I've had a gmail, yeah got spam. My msn account? Gets the most spam. Aol got spam, my mom still uses that and she has over 1,000 emails at times Yahoo I got spam. It's not the service, it's the people sending them imo

WOW I hate spam. Its stupid, and full of viruses. My grandpa opened an email only for a few seconds, it said his name, and it said he had won a laptop. The weird thing was that It showed his first and last name. Well he thought it was from his credit union, so he opened it up, and his email now gets hundreds of spam mail each day, and he deletes them out, a few minutes later he got 100 again. T_T

http://i185.photobucket.com/albums/x20/magedesigns/yahoo.jpg this one I have not been on in a year. last year when I was on was January 1st, well that had over 10,000 spam mail, and 5,000 spam in my inbox in the course of 2 years, before I last logged in.

I hate spam so much, like I said before its stupid, and has allot of misleading topics. and im not saying this kind of spam either XD I like that spam, that spam is good. email spam is bad.
