Random Avatar / Signature (9th Jul 08 at 11:58pm UTC)
These are two seperate codes I guess, but is it possible to have a code where members can have random avatar / signatures ? For this I think the admin should be able to add the new avatars or signatures to make them random. Does that make any sense?

Also, is it possible to perhaps give members these priviledges to be able to update their own avatar and signatures to make them random? This would also probably be a seperate code?

Rather than an added code to slow down your forum, would it not be simpler to use randomizer services that already exist? {Wink}

An example of this would be Frufru's Image Randomizers. {Smile}

I don't see how this would slow down my forum when there are already avatars and signatures to begin with. Also, I haven't seen this slow down forums in the past. I've seen this done on several forum providers.

They don't use a code, they use a service like that in the link Marc provided.

Using a seperate code will slow down the forum, an external provider wouldn't.

How do you know what forum provider I am talking about? I am referring to several and I saw a code, not a link.

I hope that you're talking about vF when using their code request board.
